Refunds and Returns

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, if there are any issues with your order whatsoever, please email us at admin@kanagear.com and we will take care of it right away!

Returns 

Returns and exchanges are easy, if you would like to make a return please email our friendly customer support staff at admin@kanagear.com and we will give you instructions on how to return your item(s) to our returns center for an exchange or refund. After notifying our customer support team, all you have to do is send us back the item(s) to our returns center and pay for the return shipping. 

*Please note: items being returned must be sent to our dedicated returns center in the US or the return will not be accepted

If your shipment is lost in transit and after 8 weeks you do not receive your item, we will happily reship your item to you at no additional cost as long as you entered the correct shipping information on the checkout page when placing your order. Please make sure to enter your correct shipping information and that there are no mistakes when placing your order.

Our return policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since delivery of your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Free Just Pay for Shipping Items do not qualify for refunds, unless received damaged, or broken, and proof with an image is sent to our customer support and verified at admin@kanagear.com

Custom Printed Items do not qualify for a refund. However, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support at admin@kanagear.com

Additional non-returnable items:

Some health and personal care items

Earrings or clothing that have been removed from their packaging and worn or used

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If this happens please email us immediately at admin@kanagear.com so we can take care of it, your satisfaction is our top priority.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@kanagear.com.
