Shipping Policy

Please note that due to high demand as well as global social distancing measures, order processing and shipping is taking 8 - 14 business days on average. 

We’re actively doing everything we can to get your orders to you as fast as possible and following the latest guidance on safety and social distancing. Your support means a lot to us, and we appreciate you! Please see below for estimated delivery times by destination country.

Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not guaranteeing specific delivery dates. 

All orders are processed between Monday and Friday and are not shipped on weekends. Orders are processed within 2 business days of the order being placed and are shipped the following business day. 

Please note: In situations where products are in high demand, order processing time may longer than 1-2 business days.

As soon as your order has been processed, we will send you an email with the corresponding shipping information. You will then be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 2 - 3 business days for the tracking information to update. 

Insured Shipping & Handling does not make the shipping time faster, but it does provide protection for your package in case of any issues during transit. 

Sometimes products will arrive in separate packages in order to expedite shipping.


If you would like to purchase an item as a gift, all you have to do is enter the name and address of the gift recipient in the shipping information when placing your order. We do not include receipts with prices in our packages so there is nothing else you need to do :) You will receive an order confirmation via email though, so make sure to use your own email when placing a gift order.


Returns and exchanges are easy, if you would like to make a return please email our friendly customer support staff at and we will give you instructions on how to return your item(s) to our returns center for an exchange or refund. After notifying our customer support team, all you have to do is send us back the item(s) to our returns center and pay for the return shipping. 

*Please note: items being returned must be sent to our dedicated returns location in the US or the return will not be accepted.

Packages Lost In Transit

If your shipment is lost in transit, we will happily reship your item to you at no additional cost as long as you entered the correct shipping information on the checkout page when placing your order. Please make sure to enter your correct shipping information and that there are no mistakes when placing your order.

Our return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since delivery of your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
